BBQ/PAN FRY: Heat hot plate to medium heat. Add vegetable oil to hot plate and cook burgers for approximately 4-6 minutes each side until fully cooked.

BAKE: Heat grill to medium heat. Lightly brush burgers with vegetable oil and cook for 4-6 minutes each side until fully cooked.

AIR FRYER: Set air fryer to 190°C and air fry burgers for 12-14 minutes, turning once halfway through.
