BBQ/PAN FRY: Heat hot plate to medium heat. Add vegetable oil to hot plate and cook burgers for approximately 4-6 minutes each side until fully cooked.

GRILL: Heat grill to medium heat. Lightly brush burgers with vegetable oil and cook for approximately 6-8 minutes each side until fully cooked.

BUTCHERS TIP: Sear one side of your burger, flip and then lay a slice of your favourite cheese over the seared side allowing the cheese to gently melt.
